1. Shipping Methods and Options
We offer a range of shipping methods to cater to the different needs of our customers. During checkout, you will be able to select your preferred shipping option. The available shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping: The most economical shipping method. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders.
- Expedited Shipping: A faster shipping method with delivery in 2-3 business days for domestic orders.
- International Shipping: Delivery to countries outside of the United States, which generally takes 7-21 business days depending on the destination.
The shipping method and estimated delivery times will be calculated based on your location during the checkout process.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined based on the shipping method you select, the size and weight of the items you are ordering, and your delivery address. You will see the total shipping cost displayed before you finalize your order.

3. Order Processing Time
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take longer to process, and shipments will occur on the next business day.
If an item is out of stock or delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated shipping timeline.
4. Delivery Times
The delivery time for your order depends on the shipping method chosen and the destination:
- Domestic Orders (USA): Most orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days for standard shipping, or 2-3 business days for expedited shipping.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by country but generally range between 7-21 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, weather, or logistical issues.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the progress of your shipment via the carrier’s website.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated after shipment confirmation.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most international destinations, but there are some countries to which we cannot deliver due to restrictions or logistical reasons. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you immediately, and your order will be canceled or refunded in full.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for shipments lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided during checkout.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it. However, if you wish to change your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@fuzztopin.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
8. Shipping Issues
If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as damaged items, missing packages, or delays, please contact our customer service team at info@fuzztopin.com immediately. We will assist you in resolving any issues.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Lost or Missing Packages: In the event that your package is lost or not delivered within the expected timeframe, we will work with the carrier to locate it. If the package is confirmed to be lost, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement item, depending on the situation.
9. Customs Duties and Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on the destination country. These additional charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
