Refund and Returns Policy

At Fuzztopin Art Gallery, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and comprehensive Refund and Returns Policy. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and the steps to follow in the event of a return or refund request.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
The artwork must be in original, unused condition, free from any damage.
The item must be returned with all original packaging materials, including any certificates or documentation that came with the artwork.
Custom or personalized artworks are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@fuzztopin.com within 30 days of receiving the artwork. Include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
Return Instructions: After we review your return request, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item. We will also provide you with a return shipping label.
Ship the Item Back: Carefully pack the artwork in its original packaging and ship it back to us. Please retain a tracking number for your return shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Inspection: Once we receive the returned artwork, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If the item passes the inspection, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your refund request is approved, you will receive the full purchase amount, minus any applicable shipping costs. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the artwork is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@fuzztopin.com. We will need the following information:
Photos of the damaged or defective item.
Description of the damage or defect.
Order number for verification.
We will promptly send you a replacement item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs. We are committed to ensuring that you receive your artwork in perfect condition.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
Custom or personalized artwork that has been specifically made to your request.
Digital products such as downloadable art files.
If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us for clarification before placing your order.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different piece, please follow the same process as a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only cancel orders if the item has not yet been shipped. Once the item has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but you may still return it following our standard return policy.
7. Shipping Costs
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the item is returned safely. If the artwork is returned without tracking, we are not liable for any loss or damage.
